%X A new varieties of <em>Agropyron</em> Gaertn. from Inner Mongolia, <em>A. mongolicum</em> Keng var. <em>helinicum</em> L.Q.Zhao et J. Yang is described. Its lemma covers dense villus and glumes is glabrous, may be distinguished from <em>A. mongolicum</em> Keng and <em>A. mongolicum</em> Keng var. <em>villosum</em> H.L.Yang.
