%X In common Wheat×Octoploid Triticale and Hezaploid Tyiticale we have selected 56 lines with common wheat rye's characters, Through C-banding and in situ hybridization, 10 lines was certified as homoeologous substitution lines:1R/1D, 1R/1A, 5R/5A and 6R/6A. These lines are useful for the genetic stability fertility and dry and disease resistance, In hybridization between 5R/5A and 6R/6A We obtained a lot of small segment translocation lines which were supposed to be originated from the homoeologous chromosome pairing and crossover.
