%X The optimal conditions of extraction of lignans by supercritical carbon dioxide extraction from fruits of Schisandra chinensis using L9(34) orthogonal test were studied; The optimal conditions of extraction are as follows: pressure is 30 MPa, temperature is 50℃ and time is 120 min.
