The HPLC analysis conditions were as follows, chromatographic column ODS, detecting wavelength 254 nm, room temperature, mobile phase CH 3OH/3% HOAc(V/V) which ratio was 75/25, flowing rate 1 mL/min,injected sample volume 10 μL. The result of percent recovery is 100.20%, the relative standard deviation is 1.77%.
