%X Analysis sample preparation of Luteolin and Quercetin from <em>Eupatorium odoratum</em> L. was studied. The optimum condition with ultrasonic extraction was as follows, 85% ethanol solution as solvent, ratio of liquid to solid 10:1(mL&middot;g<sup>-1</sup>) ,extraction time was one hour. The average extraction yields of Luteolin and Quercetin were 0.031 8% and 0.019 2%,and the average recovery rates were 99.601 7% and 99.032 6%, the results showed the analysis sample preparation has good precision and reliability.
